Underinsured Motorist Coverage

Insurance coverage that pays the difference when the at-fault driver's insurance is insufficient to cover your damages.

In Personal Injury Cases

If your damages are $100,000 but the at-fault driver only has $15,000 in coverage, your UIM coverage can make up the difference (up to your policy limits).
